[Terms and Conditions of Use] Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of following Terms and Conditions of Use is to establish guidelines on rights, duties and responsibilites of cybermall Users utilizing the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Servicees’) provided by the cybermall (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Mall’) operated by the company. Article 2 (Definition) ‘Mall’ refers to a virtual business site established by the company to trade goods or services using computers and information communication facilities to provide Goods and Services to Users. ‘The company’ operates ‘Mall’ as ‘https://www.unipair.com’ and included web service as well as mobile applications through Android, iOS. ‘Member’ refers to a person who subscribes to become a Member by providing personal information to the ‘Mall’ and receive information about the ‘Mall’ and become a continual User of the services provided by the ‘Mall’. ‘Password’ refers combination of English letter and number which ‘Member’ set for confirmation of personal information and protection of ‘Member’s’ rights and interests. Terms not defined in this Terms and Agreement shall be subject to provisions of the related statues and otherwise be subject to general correlation. Article 3 (Display, Explanation and Amedment of Terms and Conditions of Use) ‘Mall’ shall, for easy recognition by Members, display the contents of this T&C, name of company and representative, business address(including an address handling customer complaints), phone number, fax number, email address, business license number, e-commerce permit number, and the name of personal information manager on the main page of the ‘Mall’. Only the content of this T&C can be displayed though a link page. The ‘Mall’ may make amendments within the permissible range without violating applicable laws such as Consumer Protection Laws, Regulation of T&C Act, e-commerce Transaction Act, Electronic Signature Act, Information and Communication Network Promotion Act, Door-To-Door Sales Act, and other related Consumer Protection Laws. ‘Mall’ shall specify the effective date and the reasons for amendment of the terms and have post on the initial screen for 7 days prior to effective date until the day before the effective date. When the ‘Mall’ makes an amendment to the T&C, the modified T&C shall be applied only to contracts concluded after the effective date, whereas all contracts concluded before the effective date will remain under the provisions of the old T&C. However, if the Member who has already signed the contract wishes to have the amendments administered, then the Member may send his/her intent to the ‘Mall’ and acquire consent from the ‘Mall’ within the notice period stated in Clause ③ and it shall be applied accordingly. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that a User who already entered into the Contract sends his or her intent to be applied by the provisions of the modified Agreement to the “Mall” within the period of announcement for the modification of this Agreement in accordance with Clause ③ and acquires the approval of the "Mall", the provisions of the modified Agreement shall be applied accordingly. Article 4 (Provision & Replacement of Service) The matters not stipulated herein and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the Law related to Protection of Consumer on E-commerce. Article 5 (Subscription of Members) The User shall apply for the membership by expressing his or her intent to agree on this Agreement after filling out the form designated by the “Mall” with the member information. The “Mall” shall register the User who applied for the membership in the manner stipulated in Clause ① as a Member provided that the User is not engaged in one of the following items. In the event that: 2-1. If the User ever lost its membership in the past. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this shall not apply to those acquired the approval of the “Mall” for re-subscription of the membership since 3 years has passed from the date of loss of membership. 2-2. If there is false information or omission in the registered contents. 2-3. A person under the age of 14 can apply for registration by consenting to these terms and conditions through the consent of his/her legal representative. (This clause is only applicable to persons of Korean nationality). 2-4. If there is an act of double registration( registraion of more than one ID by user). 2-5. If there is an attempt to use the service for the purpose of obstruction of the public interest, or the planning the same. 2-6. The register is impossible with User violates and request the regulation of ‘Mall’ or there has been a reason for fault. 2-7. If the faluse membership against regulation is confirmed and the decision of ‘Mal’l that it is necessary. he “Mall” may temporarily suspend the provision of Service in the event of any repair, inspection, replacement, breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication. The “Mall” shall compensate User or 3rd party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of provision of Service due to the cause(s) in Clause ②. A user who wishes to become a member shall register for membership. ‘Mall’ may differ with the use of service by subdividing the members using hour, the number of using, ‘Service with the standard decided. Following the ‘Youth Protection Law’, ‘Promotion of the Motion Pictures and Video Products Act’, ‘Mall’ shall set limiation by age or use limitation for following grades and age regulation. Article 6 (Modifying Member’s Information) A member shall maintain up-to-date information by personally modifying and registering any changes in "Member Information". Article 7 (Protection of Information) ‘Mall’ shall follow ‘The Law Regarding the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information’ to proetct the information of Member. ‘Mall’ establishes the Privacy Policy to protect the members' personal information and posts it on the initialization page of the service. The details of the Privacy Policy can be viewed on the connected screen. ‘Mall’ strives to protect the members' personal information as much as possible in accordance with the privacy policy. Privacy Policy does not apply to linked sites other than Official Website of 'Mall'. In relation to the handling of personal information of third parties providing linked websites and products, the members shall be responsible for verifying the ‘website’ and the third party's pricy policies, and the ‘Mall’ shall not be held liable for them. 'Mall' may provide the members' personal information to a third party within the permitted extent by law in the following cases: 5-1. In case of information is requested from an investigative agency or other government agency 5-2. In case of comfirm activities protecting personal information, including violation of the member's statutes or terms and conditions 5-3. In case of requirements by other laws 5-4. To provide the minimum number of Member’s information(name, address, phone number) required for transaction and delivery to the seller or carrier. 5-5. In case of confirmation of purchasing and confirmation of return & refund or cancellation after the purchase is completed. Article 8 (Termination of Service) Withdrawl of Member 1-1. The Member may request of termination of service to the ‘Mall’ any time. 1-2. The service contract will be terminated when Member’s termination willingness reaches to the ‘Mall’. 1-3. A Member who has been terminated following by previous section may rejoin as a Member in accordance with the membership registration procedure and related clauses set forth in this T&A. The Termination of ‘Mall’ 2-1. ‘Mall’ may terminate the service of ‘Member’ in the following cases. In these cases, ‘Mall’ informs the ‘Member’ the termination through e-mail, phone or other means. However, ‘Mall’ may offer the ‘Member’ the opportunities to express their opinions on the reason for termination in advance. ① In the event of refusal of the service is confirmed which prescribed in Article 5, clause no.2 ② In the event of ‘Member’ interrupts the legitimate interests of other ‘Member’ or ‘Mall’ such as other Member’s rights, dignity or credits. ③ In the event of other ‘Member’ violates this T&A or there has been termination set forth in this T&A takes place. 2-2. The service contract is terminated as the ‘Mall’ notifying the ‘Member’ the content of termination. In this case ‘Mall’ sends the termination content to registered e-mail of ‘Member’ or posts it on the bulletin board of ‘Mall’. 2-3. When the service contract is terminated, the points and coupons of Member will expire, and the refund procedure shall be applied by following the refund policy of ‘Mall’. 2-4. Any damages caused by the termination of service contract shall be responsible for terminated ‘Member’ and the ‘Mall’ shall not be held liable for any damages. Article 9 (Withdrawal from Membership & Loss of Eligibility) The ‘Member’ may at any time request for the withdrawal from its membership to the ‘Mall’, ‘Mall’ will process withdrawal by following the related clauses. In the event that a ‘Member’ is engaged in one of the following items, the ‘Mall’ may limit or suspend the eligibility of the Member. 2-1. In case of the ‘Member’ intrudes the usage of ‘Mall’ other member or threatens the e-commerce order such as intruding the usage of ‘Mall’ of other members or stealing another member’s information. 2-2. In case of the ‘Member’ violates the action that prohibits in this T&A or public order and good morals. 2-3. Following actions that harm the proper management of ‘Mall’ or obstruct the work of ‘Mall’. ① In case of ‘Member’ spreading groundless or false facts in relation to the operation of ‘Mall’ and causing damage of reputation or credibility of ‘Mall’. ② In case of ‘Member’ talks abusive, threatening, lubricious language when using the ‘Mall’ and intrudes the operation of ‘Mall’. ③ In case of ‘Member’ intruding the operation of ‘Mall’ by return/refunding the product repeatably without legitimate reason after purchasing through ‘Mall’. ④ In case of ‘Member’ intruding the operation of ‘Mall‘ when doing inveterate cancellation or returning the product which has no specific defect after using it. The ‘Mall’ may cancel the membership of the Member whose membership was suspended or limited, and repeated the same action twice or more, or the cause is not corrected within 30 days. In case of interrupting the transaction order of ‘Mall’ by double-purchasing the product for resale, the ‘Mall’ shall expire the qualification of the ‘Member’. In the event of suspending eligibility of ‘Member’, the ‘Mall’ will obliterate the membership. In this case, ‘Mall’ shall notify this content to ‘Member’ in accordance with Article 8, clause no.2 of 2-2 and shall give opportunity to express their opinions. Article 10 (The Duty of ID and password of Member) Each ‘Member’ shall be responsible for the management of his or her ID and password. Each ‘Member’ shall not allow any 3rd party to use his or her ID and password. In the event that a ‘Member’ recognizes that his or her ID and / or password is stolen or used by a 3rd party, the ‘Member’ shall immediately notify the fact to the ‘Mall’, and follow the instruction of the “Mall”, if required. In the event of any disadvantage that occurred as ‘Member’ did not notify for the content of clause no.3 or did not following the actions by ‘Mall’ will be on the ‘Member’. Article 11 (Obligation of ‘Member’) ‘Member’ should follow the information such as the related law clauses, the T&A, the operation guide and do not allow to do any actions that against the operation of ‘Mall’. ‘Member’ shall not : 2-1. Register false information at the time of its registration of ‘Service’ or change of information 2-2. Steal others’ personal information 2-3. Change of information that displayed on the ‘Mall’. 2-4. Remit or display any information other than the information selected by the ‘Mall’ (computer program, et cetera) 2-5. Infringe the copyright or the intellectual property right of the ‘Mall’ or a 3rd party 2-6. Take any action to bring disgrace on or interrupt the operation of the ‘Mall’ or a 3rd party 2-7. Disclose or display any information containing indecent or violent message, video, voice, and other information being against the good public order and customs 2-8. Take any action of using ‘Service’ for profit without the permission of ‘Mall’. 2-8. Take any action that violates the regulation of ‘Mall’ or related legal clauses. Article 12 (Posting of ‘Member’) All rights and responsibilities for postings written by ‘Member’ shall lie with the ‘Member’ and ‘Mall’ may delete the contents of the ‘service’ posted by ‘Member’ without notice if they are not satisfying following sections and the ‘Mall’ shall not be held liable for this. The post contains contents of criticizing other ‘Member’ or 3rd party or bringing disgrace with slandering. The post contains contents against the good public order and customs The post colligates to criminal actions The post violates the copyrights of ‘Mall’, the 3rd party or other legal rights. ‘ In case of ‘Member’ posts a pornography on ‘Mall’ and bulletin board or shares the link of pornographic websites. In case of posting commercial advertising or sales promotion which not approved by ‘Mall’ in advance. The post is not associated with the product. In case of posting the content that intruding the operation of ‘Mall’ without legitime reason. The post that ‘Mall’ regards as violating other law clauses. Article 13 (Notification to ‘Member’) In the event of any notification of the ‘Mall’ to a Member, it may be delivered via an email address designated by the Member through the agreement with the ‘Mall’. The ‘Mall’, in the event of the notification to unspecified Members, may replace individual notification by displaying such notification on the board linked in the website of the ‘Mall’ for 1 week or more. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ‘Mall’ shall give individual notice to a Member in respect of any matter which may have a significant influence on the Member regarding his or her transaction. Article 14 (Obligation of ‘Mall’) The ‘Mall’ shall not take any action restricted by the law and this Agreement or being against the good public order and customs and put its best efforts to provide products and services on a stable basis in accordance with the provisions in this Agreement. The ‘Mall’ shall equip the security system for the protection of personal information of ‘Member’ (including credit information) so that the Member may safely use online services. The ‘Mall’ shall be responsible for the compensation to User(s) if it has caused damages to the User(s) by displaying or adding unjust or unreasonable advertisement for a certain product or services. Article 15 (Terms&Conditions about Individual Service) ‘Mall’ may set separate terms and conditions for individual services provided within ‘service’ category and terms and conditions consent to individual services shall go through separate consent procedures when the ‘Member’ uses the individual services for the first time. In this case, the terms and conditions of service for individual services shall prevail over these terms and conditions. Article 16 (‘Service’ using time) The use of ‘Service’ shall be available in 24 hours a day, without any special interruption to the operation of ‘Mall’ or technical sector. However, the date or time set by company such as regular inspection. The regular inspection time shall follow in accordance with the notice on ‘Service’ screen. Article 17 (The responsibility of using ‘Service’) The ‘Member’ is not allowed to do the sales activities selling the products using ‘Service’ except the ‘Mall’ permitted in explicit letter signed in advance and especially hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial activities through pornographic websites, or illegal distribution of commercial S/W. ‘Mall’ shall not be held liable for the results and losses of business activities and legal actions by the relevant agencies. Article 18 (Suspension of ‘Service’) ‘Mall’ may temporarily suspend the provision of Service in the following events. 1-1. Any repair, inspection replacement, breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication. 1-2. In the event of telecommunication service provider specified in the 『Telecommunications Business Act』 has stopped the telecommunication ‘service’. 1-3. In case of there are other reasons for irresistible force ‘Mall’ may restrict or suspend all or parts of the ‘service’ in the event of a state of emergency, power failure, mechanical facilities obstruction or overuse of ‘service’. If ‘Mall’ temporarily suspends the ‘service’ provision, it will be notified on the ‘website’ initialization page about the fact of service suspension and the reason for it. Article 19 (Provision of information and posting of advertisement) ‘Mall’ can provide the Members various information which is considered to be necessary while Members using ‘Service’ through notice, e-mail, SMS, or telephone. However, the Member may refuse to receive e-mail at any time, except in response to transaction-related information and customer inquiries in accordance with the relevant laws. ‘Mall’ can post advertisements on the ‘Service’ page, website or e-mail regarding the operation of ‘Service’. A Member who receives an e-mail with an advertisement can reject it to ‘Mall’. Article 20 (Request for Purchase) The User shall apply for purchase in accordance with the following manner or other similar manner at the ‘Mall’. 1-1. Search and selection of goods 1-2. Entering name, address, telephone number, email address (or mobile phone number) 1-3. Confirmation of matter(s) in respect of the contents of this Agreement, the service(s) of which right of cancellation of purchase is limited, obligation of delivery fees and installation fees 1-4. Expression to agree on this Agreement (e.g. mouse click) The ‘Mall’ shall provide the User with the following information in the form which the User may easily understand in his or her request for purchase. In the event that a member has received confirmation previously, he/she may request to change or cancel the purchase immediately after receiving confirmation notice. However, if payment has already been made, it shall comply with the Article 24. Article 21 (Payment Method) The method of payment for a product or service purchased through the “Mall” may be selected among the following items. 1-1. Card payment, e.g. Paypal. The Member shall take all responsibilities and disadvantages related to the information which entered by the Member in connection with the payment of the purchase. Article 22 (Provision of products) ‘Mall’ shall take other essential actions such as ordering, packaging, etc. so that the Member can receive the product as soon as possible from the date the Member purchased the product unless there is a separate agreement regarding Member’s supply of the product. ‘Mall’ shall take proper measures to ensure that the Member can check the purchase history such as ‘product(s)’ info or supply procedure of ‘product(s)’ and shall notify the process of cancellation of ‘product(s)’. ‘Mall’ specifies the delivery method, delivery cost by means, cost burden, period by means, etc. to purchased Member. If there is a separate agreement between ‘Mall’ and ‘Member’, this T&A shall be precedence over separate agreement regarding the timing of delivery of ‘product’ and coupons. Article 23 (Refund) In the event that the product or service which a Member applied for purchase may not be provided or delivered due to sold-out or other cause, the ‘Mall’ shall notify the situation to the Member without any delay, and in the event that it has received the payment for the product or service in advance, it shall refund the payment or take necessary measures within 7 business days from the date of receiving the products. Article 24 (Cancellation of Purchase) The return&refund policy of ‘Mall’ about ‘product(s)’ shall comply with 『Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce』. The Member who concluded the contract for the purchase of goods with the ‘Mall’ may cancel the purchase within 7 business days from the date on which the Member received the notice of receipt. The Member may not return or change the good which he or she received through delivery in the event of one of the following cases. 3-1. In case of delivered product(s) is lost or damaged, the responsibility shall be on to Member. (However, the cancellation of purchase may be acceptable in the event of the damage on packaging for checking the contents in the box). 3-2. In case of the value of the goods is significantly decreased due to the use or consumption by the Member 3-3. In case of the value of the goods is significantly decreased thus not available for re-sale due to the lapse of time. 3-4. If the packaging is damaged, if the goods may be reproduced to the goods showing the same performance. 3-5. In case of ‘Mall’ notify the limitation of cancellation about specific coupon and products. The Member may cancel his or her purchase of goods within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods or within 10 days from the date on which he or she recognized or could recognize that the contents of goods differ from the advertisement or the provision of contract. Article 25 (Effect of Cancellation of Purchase) In the event a Member cancels or refunds the purchased ‘product’, the Company shall notify the results of the processing in the manner specified in Article 13. In the event of the return of goods from a User, the ‘Mall’ shall refund the payment for the goods within 7 business days from the date on which it had received the payment. In the event that the ‘Mall’ caused a delay of the refund to the User, it shall pay interest calculated with overdue interest rate announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the number of days of delay. In the event of any cancellation of purchase, the User shall bear the cost for return of the goods provided. The ‘Mall’ shall not claim for cancellation charge or compensation for damages to the User in respect of the cancellation of purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of the cancellation of purchase caused by that the contents of goods differ from the advertisement or the provision of contract, the “Mall” shall bear the cost for return of the goods. In the event of cancellation due to Member’s change of mind, the Member should pay the fees and other expenses resulted from the refund processing. In the event that Member bore the delivery fees when he or she received the goods, the ‘Mall’ shall specify who would bear the cost for the cancellation of purchase for easier recognition of the Member. Article 26 (Special provision of cancellation and refund for ‘product(s)’) The refund according to return of product will process after arrival of product to seller and confirmation of reason for returning and the returning fees. Article 27 (Managing of postings) In the event which a Member’s posting violates the relevant law clauses, such as the 『The Law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information』 or 『Copyright Law』, the holder of the right may request the suspension or delete of the posting in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the relevant law clauses, and the ‘Mall’ shall take action in accordance with the relevant law clauses. ‘Mall’ shall take a temporary action against the ‘published posting’ in accordance with the relevant law without the request of right holders in the case of there are significant reason for violating the rights or infracting the other policies of ‘Mall’. The detail procedures of this article shall follow the ‘Suspension Request Service for Posting’ which is regulated by ‘Mall’ within the range of 『The Law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information』 and 『Copyright Law』. Article 28 (Exemption Clause) The ‘Mall’ shall be exempted from the responsibility for providing ‘service’ if the ‘Mall’ is unable to provide ‘service’ due to the natural disasters or force majeure. The ‘Mall’ shall not be liable for any interruption in the using of ‘service’ due to the causes attributable to ‘Member’. The ‘Mall’ shall not be held liable for the loss of expected profits using ‘service’ by ‘Member’, and shall not be held liable for damages caused by obtained date through using ‘service’. ‘Mall’ shall not be held responsible for the contents of information, credibility of fact, accuracy that ‘Member’ posted. The ‘Member’ is legally responsible for the contents of the mail which sent by the ‘Member’. The ‘Mall’ shall be exempted from liability in the event of a transaction between ‘Members’ and third parties with the means of ‘service’. The ‘Mall’ shall not be held liable unless there is special provision in the relevant laws regarding the use of ‘service’ provided for free. Article 29 (Resolution of Dispute) The ‘Mall’ shall reflect the reasonable opinion or complaint made by Member(s) and install and operate an organization for dealing with compensation for damages. ‘The ‘Mall’ shall give priority to any opinion or complaint made by Member(s). However, in the event that it may not promptly deal with the matter, the ‘Mall’ shall notify the Member with the cause and the schedule to make the treatment done. Article 30 (Jurisdiction & Governing Law) Any and all e-commerce-related lawsuits raised between the ‘Mall’ and a User shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Any and all e-commerce-related lawsuits raised between the ‘Mall’ and a Member shall be in accordance with the address of the Member at that time of the suing, and in the event of there is no address, such lawsuit shall be exclusively controlled by the competent court of jurisdiction. Supplementary Provision These Terms & Agreements are in force starting in November 8, 2013. These Terms & Agreements apply only to contracts entered into after the effective date, and the terms and agreements of the revision shall apply to contracts entered into before that date.

Under no circumstances does the Company use or provide personal information of members to third parties or any other company/agency beyond the scope notified in the 『purpose of collecting and using personal information』,except with members' consent or under relevant laws or regulations. The Company is able to share personal information exceptionally for following cases : ① In case of Member reveals the personal information in advance or agrees to third party provision ② In case of requirements by laws and regulations or by law enforcement agencies for the purpose of criminal investigation in accordance with the procedures and methods set forth in applicable laws and regulations 2.
